You might be thinking that making a sticker out of wood isn’t the greenest thing to do – au contraire mon frère! We are deeply committed to the health of the planet (it’s the only one we’ve got). Here are some of the many ways we strive to reduce our impact on the environment.

• All our wood is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council as sustainably grown and harvested. Click on the link for more information on our sustainable wood.
• Our product packaging is made from recycled paper, and the cellophane bags are biodegradable.
• We also pack our shipments in cardboard boxes made from 100% recycled paper and use biodegradable packaging peanuts.
• We can make a lot of stickers out of a small amount of wood – the amount of wood in one 8 foot 2x4 would create 28,000 wood stickers!
• Our production methods are far more environmentally friendly than a traditional vinyl sticker.
• Vinyl stickers will never decompose. They just break into smaller bits of plastic that eventually end up in our oceans and severely disrupt the marine ecosystem. Wood is an organic material that will fully decompose in a landfill. We aim to keep vinyl stickers out of our waterways.
